Our Retail Management Training Program is built to accelerate growth and career progression. It is tailored for ambitious graduates who want to develop into Tawfeer's future leaders. Through the Manager Trainee (MT) program, participants follow a complete development journey that blends on-floor experience with guidance from senior mentors across multiple functions. Over at least six months, MTs gain both managerial and technical capabilities that help them deliver meaningful contributions to daily operations and long-term expansion.
